syntax of Is the verb "are" missing in this sentence?

I've gotI have a question about a possible grammatical incorectness oferror in this sentence: " We"We hope you find our toilets in good conditions"condition". I'veI came across it lately on one of the mall's notice boardboards. In my opinion therethis sentence is a lack of ARElacking the verb ??,are. I mean  : "We hope (that) you find (that) our toilets ARE in good conditions"condition". Could somebody be so kind and tryas to explain me why there isn't a word ARE??are is missing?
