Negative form of "there comes the rainbow"?

There comes the rainbow.

Among the sentences below, which one would be the best negative form of this sentence?

  1. There doesn't come the rainbow. (doesn't come and the rainbow inverted)
  2. Not there comes the rainbow. (Not there as an adverb clause)
  3. There not comes the rainbow. (not comes as a verb)

I've seen a lot of sentences like the one in question, such as:

Here comes the storm.
On the field stands a tree.
In you go.

However, I've never thought about negative forms of those. How can I make adverb-inverted sentences into negative ones--not normal negative ones, but still inverted and negative ones?
