Negative form of "There"Here comes the guy"?

EDIT3: Edited entirely, reduced my assumptions, clarified, changed subject from rainbow to guy, and so on. Consider the sentence:

ThereHere comes the guy.

What would be the best negative form of this sentence--not normal negative like "The guy doesn't come there"here", but stillboth inverted and negative?

One of my assumptionspossibility is:

Not therehere comes the guy.

Inin the sense that Not therehere is used as an adverb clause and the positions of subject and verb are switched. Does that sound right or is there a better way to have both negation and inversion?
