Sometimes, I like to think of myself as a collector of emotions and experiences. Well, come to think of it, we all are. I’m both a writer and an aspiring one. This - Nocturnal Storyteller - is my humble attempt at a blog. I have stuffed it with every little story and poem that took life in my little head. And if I may be so bold, this one here - The Grey Sunset - is a secret (not so secret anymore) favorite of mine.
I stumbled upon the writer’s path when I was least expecting it. In the beginning, it never felt like I belonged in a writer’s world. Even now, I’m occasionally haunted by pangs of doubt. It took me a while to realize that every piece of writing is an idea or a thought or an emotion and that the constant force that pulls us back – the fear of judgement – is only worthy of neglect. The effort or experiences behind your scribbles are all that matter.
So I say, scribble on.
