Please change the heading of the Stack Exchanges heading, from " English Language & Usage ". You do not need to know how to read, write, spell, or, and, also, formulute a properly organized group of sentences, much less, find the obscure reference of when someone first did, to study the English Language and use it, poorly or otherwise.
