Replacement for “x times lower”
I don't think there is a 'correct' way to use it. Say:
A=100
B=20
A is 5 times higher than B, or in other words 5 * B = A
B is 5 times 'lower' than A, or in other words 5 * A = B, WRONG, 5 * A = 500 ! …
