usage abou "Have something to do with"

The other day, i was eating at restaurant A with my mate, the food was really good but the waiters seemed to be rather rude, and then we left there, my mate asked me what i thought of this restaurant, i said " the restaurant was good, but it is more to do with the staffs"

so here is my question, can i express it this in that way? it is more to do with ? just like it has something to do with

Many thanks,
