Is there any difference in the following sentences?
They passed me over.
They passed over me.
If yes, how, and please can anyone tell some similar examples?

In general, separable multi-word verbs are unseparated only when the object of the transitivising particle is a noun rather than a pronoun. They looked the answer up / They looked it up / They looked up the answer / *They looked up it.– Edwin AshworthCommented Mar 30, 2022 at 18:49

Over is a special case for Particle Shift. She ran him over and She ran over him are both grammatical, and can refer to the same event.
