The former is used 11xs compared to the latter, but "to include" does show up. I'd never use it, fond as I am of English evolving. I also did "to whom" vs "to who". The former is in terminal decline eversince. I saw a headline in www.commondreams.com "Readers will know WHO to blame for..." | |
