I'm seeing that I get a red squiggle under the word asian, same with european. When I right-click either it wants to capitalize the word. I wouldn't think a type of thing gets capitalized, evergreen tree, a type of tree, I wouldn't but I would Blue Spruce as a specific type. I would think I capitalize Chinese or German or American not the broader type of person.
