When we type password wrong in the website, they say " Did you forget your password?".

However, I think it's the current situation so it might be better to say "Do you forget your password?"

Or, might be better to say "Have you forgotten your password?" since you forget your password in the past and it affects untill now. Can Sb help me T.T
