"All" seems to be a lot of things to happen in a few minutes, that emphasizes the farewell sense, like wishing luck to people for all their lives as if you don't expect to see them ever again. "Best" emphasizes a "strong" luck that can happen in the throw of a dice, condensing luck in time. | |
