I'm currently working on a Mint/Ubuntu based Lived Distro called Linux Surfer.
Linux Surfer is intended for browsing the web safely and protecting your hard drive from web based attacks. It comes with a the Silicon theme with lots of beaches and palm trees. Loaded with several popular Internet apps in the repos.
Currently my focus is primarily on permission based protection solutions, which include isolating apps in new user accounts.
For sniffing attacks, I've also implemented launching browsers in virtual box.
In the future I will begin to implement iptable, apparmour and pam approaches. Could use some pointers here!
