A snappy and inoffensive alternative for "calm your tits"

I would suggest "give your chest a rest". It retains the idiom, takes away the offensive word and adds a humorous touch by way of the rhyme.

When someone ruins all the good they have ever done!

There is an expression "to nurdle someone's wink" which might just convey the idea you are looking for. But then again, perhaps not.
