"Endorse" vs. "condone"
What is the difference in meaning/connotation between the two words? Is endorse "stronger", more positive?
Also, endorse is to endorsement as condone is to what? Is there a noun counterpart?

supplant : replace :: snatch : take
The title is an analogy which appeared in the GRE verbal test, and I yet can't find the analogy in it.
"Snatch" means to "take" hastily or eagerly, but I don't see if "supplant" is a more hasty ...
