What is the "bolillero" called in English?

In lottery games or bingo games, sometimes an object like this is used:

bolillero

What is the name of this? In Spanish we call it bolillero but I couldn’t find the definition in English.

It is called a lottery drum (source) or a lottery machine (source).

I think a lottery (or raffle) drum tends to be cylindrical. One vendor seems to call an electric version of the device that the poster asks about a number picking machine.
