I am looking for an alternative term for Joint Venture. Do you think Collaborative Alliance makes sense?

Joint Venture is too formal and suggests a legal entity being created. Whereas the two firms have really agreed to work together and leverage their respective strengths.

  • Collaborative Alliance seems redundant, since both words mean that people/organizations are working together.

  • You can say they "teamed up"
