    Yes but you need to edit it into your post. You also need to put the part you copied into either a blockquote (put > in front of the first line) or regular quotes, to show that you copied the words exactly.

  • This is not a regular idiom AFAIK, it seems like something the author made up. If you know that "hell" and "turd" are mild swear words, you should be able to infer the meaning.
