What is a word for those people who say you don't need that thing, although they have it, and its urban synonym.

E.g.:

  • Rich man: You don't need money.
  • Beautiful girl: You don't have to be pretty.

In a SENTENCE I would use it like "Stop being so ....., you don't believe that crap"
