Please check below sentence

Have you setup desktop software and mobile app?

This type of question, where the event has already occurred in past, always makes me feel that the question is not correct.

The correct sentence for me looks like this:

Have you setted-up desktop software and mobile app?

Of course, setted-up is not an actual word.

Can you please correct my actual English sentence, if it's not right, with same or similar words, not with totally different words which has same meaning. And I want to start the question with have you.

It should be “set up” (separate words), where set happens to have the same spelling across multiple tenses. – Lawrence May 5 '20 at 10:58
