Which form is correct: hyper-parameter or hyperparameter?

What I found

I searched a few sources and it seems that both spelling are commonly used:

  1. big conference paper (they even write 'Hyper-Parameter')
  2. science direct
  3. my spell-checker

  1. wikipedia
  2. Springer

Additional question

Assuming hyper-parameter form, how should it be capitalized in a title? Hyper-parameter or Hyper-Parameter?
