If I have a phone number in usage & after some time I no longer does, how do I then say it in an active form? Is it okay to say the following?

I disconnected that phone number.

I ended that phone number.

I disabled that phone number.

I cut that phone number connection.

Or what is the best way to say it?

None of the given statements correspond rightly to the crux of the matter to be articulated. You could simply say:

I no longer use that number.

You can also say;

"I'm not using that number anymore" ----it is active but in the present tense or "I changed number" ----it is active but in past tense or "I changed my telecom service"
