For instance if I buy 100 pairs of shoes but each pair lasts a week at best, how could I describe that group in a single word or short phrase?

  • Disposable? Cheap? Temporary? How does this contrast with something does last a long time? You need to be more precise in terms of the sentiment you're trying to express. – Jason Bassford Jan 11 at 20:27

  • @AndrewLeach but a short phrase would work here and none of the categories work. single-word-requests? no, multiple words would work. word-choice? no, i'm not trying to pick between several words. vocabulary? no, not looking for single words. I guess vocabulary is the closest so I'll use that. – jcollum Jan 11 at 22:06
  • @JasonBassford isn't "terrible quality" clear enough? – jcollum Jan 11 at 22:07
