I was born and raised in Florida. My mom is from Colombia and my dad is from Ecuador. So would I say I am half American, half Colombian, half ecuadorian? Or should I say I am part colombian and Ecuadorian?

How do you get three halves? – Azor Ahai Aug 22 '18 at 20:54
  • @AzorAhai They overlap? Half Colombian, half Ecuadoran, all American? Hispanic-American? At customs: American? On a census, hispanic? or latino/a? – Mitch Aug 22 '18 at 21:12
  • @Mitch It was mostly tongue-in-cheek. – Azor Ahai Aug 22 '18 at 21:13
