Melbourne, Australia 4. Hong Kong, Hong Kong 5. San Diego, CA, USA 6. Washington, DC, USA 7. Los Angeles, CA, USA 8. Phoenix, AZ, USA 9. Toronto, Canada 10. Chicago, IL, USA The evidence and arguments clearly show that it is nonstandard. Perhaps it's regional, but I am at a loss as to what region that would be. | |
