I didn't say "indifferent to the plight of ..." - you can 'rub along' with your neighbour, neither loving nor hating them, but still be concerned & help them when they are in difficulty. But really I was just making a point and using a not very good example, that there may not be a absolute opposite of "sin". (The neighbour example is not from personal experience!) And maybe you're playing 'devil's advocate'? | |

And if you are indifferent to the plight of your neighbour isn't that almost as bad as someone who causes that suffering? | |
