A Word that means “to adapt or improve, to conform to a higher standard”? Compliance is the closest I could come up with, too. It doesn't necessarily suggest an improvement, and unfortunately it tends to imply that the goal is to align with some predetermined set of rules, which is not really what I'm going for.. but I haven't been able to come up with anything better myself. |
