comment Is it ever grammatical to leave out the verb 'to be' between subject and predicate?
I'm just assuming this government is the subject. I wouldn't use the verb to be at all - even though it sounds OK to me. Sounds grammatical.

comment What is the verb used with 'repentance' when the subject is God responding to someones repentance?
There is a verb in Arabic to describe the meaning I'm looking for: I need to translate it.
