Use of “frequency” in “decrease the frequency a customer makes purchases from the site” It's possible; I've seen a lot of variations: frequency that, frequency of which, frequency with which, frequency in which. If I replaced "frequency" with "amount of times", I would use "that". I'll edit my response to use "with which" though. |
