I work for an insurance firm - holding a variety of IT positions in the last 7 years -, including extensive work with Cisco networks and IP telephony. I also spent time as a COBOL developer and have just recently taken a new job within the same company as an "Infrastructure Specialist" for a new product implementation, acting as a sysadmin, network engineer and reporting/monitoring specialist.
