What’s a funny word for someone who is frequently breaking things? "Mark", unfortunately. :) |

What is it called when you “refill” a debit card? @Peter Taylor I see, thanks! This was a really interesting question. |

What is it called when you “refill” a debit card? I'm used to the checking account card = debit card model. I recently heard a commercial on the radio for a refillable debit card and was really wondering why I'd want that. They weren't calling it a debit card, it had some brand-specific name they were obviously hoping to make into a popular thing. |

Why to use “May” before using “May God bless you”? Exactly - I mentally (emotionally?) translate "may" to "I hope". |

When should I say “thee”? @lonstar +1 I wish I knew how to quit thee! Also, context for those of you who need to get off of our collective lawns: youtube.com/watch?v=cj9_yW8tZxs |

Is there a word for a woman going away from home to learn etiquette In other stories I've read, usually involving male progeny of nobles, the word 'foster' was used. Wikipedia says it was for males and females both. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fosterage |
