I'm British, so should I take a rain cheque? Sorry no, they are pronounced the same. I am simply guessing that most British people would write it with the easiest spelling. |

I'm British, so should I take a rain cheque? It is a well known phrase in Britain, but I don't believe its etymology is as well known. I think most British people would write it as it sounds - rain check - but what's correct? |
