comment How do you spell wifi / Wi-Fi / WiFi?
I agree with hippietrail. It is extraordinarily shortsighted to claim that this question is unlikely to help any future visitors.

comment How do you spell wifi / Wi-Fi / WiFi?
This question was closed, inappropriately in my opinion, because it is "unlikely to help any future visitors." But you can Google "wi-fi" and "wifi", and you'll find that wifi has more hits. "Wi-fi" used to have more hits.

comment What is the best way to mention a word: italics, quotes, or single-quotes (apostrophes)?
It's not so trivial if one doesn't have that reference book. However, I now have the answer, so feel free to close the question. (I would ask about comma usage in the previous sentence, but that might be considered trivial.)

comment When and where did “not” become commonly used in contraction for, as in “didn't”?
Fundamentally, this question is about the contraction of "not." The "exact duplicate" is about contractions in general, which will necessarily provide a non-specific and, in this case, inadequate answer.
