I was working on this project, but stopped for three four days, as some very important tasks coming up.

Depending on what you mean, either one of these should work:

  • I was working on this project but stopped for three to four days, as some very important tasks came up.
  • I was working on this project but stopped for some three, four days, as some very important tasks came up.
