This question might look subjective but i please read out my proposition before closing it.

English is my second language also i never went to any "fancy" schools, my communication and grammatical skills are absolutely pathetic. I also have hard time while trying to spell complex words.

I desperately want to improve my verbal and communication skills and i would really appreciate if you guys provide a few learning resources and practical ways. thanks.
