English Language & Usage Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for linguists, etymologists, and serious English language enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I need a well-organized, systematized textbook that explains all the English grammar rules deeply and precisely. Advanced level. For US or GB students that might study English.

Can anybody suggest an appropriate book? Thanks!!!

I already have and really like:

Welcome to English Language and Usage! Your question has been closed because it is asking for a list (or a pointer to a list). This type of question is not a good fit because there is no definitive or right answer; instead, there are very possibly a great many answers, which does not work well with a Q/A platform, which is what English Language and Usage - Stack Exchange is. Shopping questions in particular, such as this one, are especially discouraged on SE because these questions are inherently bad fits for Q&A. –  waiwai933 Nov 1 '12 at 4:58
any question arises "very possibly a great many answers". I asked about books. I'll ask on another site, and no one will close it except you - stupid! –  Vasiliy Nov 1 '12 at 5:09
