Is this a schoolwork problem or something? I don't understand why you'd ask if this particular sentence is in the passive voice. Welcome to ELU, dewi. This is indeed a passive sentence of the kind called impersonal passive, where "it"+passive voice avoids asserting that anybody in particular performed the action in question. You may also wish to visit the stackexchange site for English language learners.
