Doctors blamed exertion and said there was nothing to worry about.
I knew exertion means attempts or try.
But here what does that mean by 'blamed exertion'?

This question is too basic; it can be definitively and permanently answered by a single link to a standard internet reference source designed specifically to find that type of information. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.
In this instance exertion means vigorous activity or exercise. The phrase 'blamed exertion' just means that the vigorous activity or exercise is what doctors blamed (perhaps for a fainting spell, for one example).
