I really want to know if there're websites that're suitable for beginners to learn English language (preferably free).

For relative beginners, I recommend BBC English, mainly because of the '6 Minute English' and 'Words in the News' sections, that give listening practice and vocabulary building. I think this is a good realia alternative to slogging through text books.

The 'Ask About English' section is useful too, but not as good as ELU of course...
