Which of these sentences is better?

Please check with the organizer when is the opening of this event

or

Please check when is the opening of this event from the organizer

I am also open to any better sentences that hold the same meaning.

Do you have any reason for wanting a better sentence? Do these sound wrong to you or did someone say the don't sound right?

Both of those sentences are incorrect, I would say something like this:

Please check with the organizer for information regarding the opening time.

Or maybe this:

Please contact the organizer for details regarding the opening time.

In a transform of the sentences you have to ones with the correct syntax, use:

Please check with the organizer when the opening of this event is.

or

Please check when the opening of this event is from the organizer.

where the first option is slightly more felicitous.

How about:

Please check with the event's organizer to determine the time of opening.

or

Please check with the event's organizer to determine the start time (or date).
