I have searched various search engines and quote repositories for the author of this quotation:

That which needs be done, must be done!

However I have come up with a loss. Any help would be greatfull!

Do you have any links or references that show it's actually a quote? Any info on where you heard it or saw it? Also, check FAQ - I don't see "quotation source" listed among "welcomed topics" so your question is at risk of being closed as Off Topic. – jwpat7 Jan 18 '12 at 7:45
Sounds vaguely familiar, but I have no idea from where, and as jwpat7 mentioned, this doesn't really relate to English language and usage. – Lynn Jan 18 '12 at 8:01
